Glowfall is a mobile game by Tendonlife. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use Glowfall and how it is used.

Information We Collect

Glowfall may collect gameplay and app activity data, such as level starts, level results, purchases, settings choices, ad interactions, crash reports, diagnostics, device information, and general usage events. Some progress data is stored locally on your device.

Ads and Tracking

Glowfall may show ads through Google AdMob. If you allow tracking on iOS, ads may be personalized and ad performance may be measured. If you do not allow tracking, Glowfall can continue using non-personalized ads where available.

Analytics and Crash Reports

Glowfall uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app performance, gameplay flow, crashes, and technical issues. This helps improve stability, balance, and the overall game experience.

Game Center and Purchases

If you use Apple Game Center, Apple may handle leaderboard and achievement information according to Apple’s own policies. Purchases and restore purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

How We Use Information

Information is used to operate the game, improve gameplay balance, fix crashes, provide ads and rewards, support purchases, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
